Coach Lorenzo Murillo is a dedicated coach who believes that true player development extends far beyond technical ability. His coaching philosophy is rooted in evidence-based methodologies that create intelligent, resilient, and well-rounded athletes capable of performing in the demands of the modern game. Every training session is carefully designed using the principles of Tactical Periodization, ensuring that technical, tactical, physical, and psychological components are developed together within realistic game situations. By integrating injury prevention strategies, cognitive development, and the Integral Methodology into the training process, Lorenzo creates an environment where players not only improve their soccer abilities but also develop confidence, decision-making skills, discipline, and a deeper understanding of the game.

With a strong background in strength and conditioning, Lorenzo emphasizes the importance of building athletic foundations through structured linear periodization while enhancing agility, movement efficiency, and long-term physical development. He believes every player should have a clear pathway for growth, using SMART goals to establish measurable objectives and monitor progress throughout the season. His player-centered approach challenges athletes to think, adapt, and compete in a positive and demanding environment, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and a lifelong passion for soccer. Whether developing young players or preparing elite athletes, Lorenzo's mission is to maximize each player's potential while helping them become confident individuals both on and off the field.
