As a former competitive player, Coach Tom brings invaluable on-field experience and a player-first perspective to his new role as Director of Operations. Having lived the demands of the game, he understands what it takes to develop athletes at every level, from grassroots to high-performance environments. His leadership style is rooted in discipline, organization, and a clear vision for sustainable growth within the club.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of programs, coordinating between coaching staff, players, and families, and ensuring that all club activities run efficiently. His ability to connect with players and staff alike allows him to bridge the gap between performance and administration, creating a cohesive and professional environment.
